Lorenzo's POV The whole Pack was thrown into mourning. Alpha Kai was the last to arrive in the yard. Only a few members of the pack, who had the heart to watch the gory scenes that would unfold soon, came. Darius was dragged to the arena where a pyre had been set for his lynching. They took him to the top and tied him to a pole directly above the highest point of the pyre. The initial judgment was to behead him but Alpha Kai had changed it, he wanted to hear his cries while he would burn. Lorenzo's POV It was almost midnight. I was suddenly awoken by some strange sounds coming from outside the room. Alpha Kai was sound asleep.
