She had no choice but to keep walking and start thinking of an excuse for why she was outside the room.Dominic felt relieved when he saw his wife walking toward them. “So, did you get what you were looking for?” Dominic asked his wife. Dominic furrowed his brow, continuing to tease his innocent wife, Gwen, who kept moving away from him. "Dominic!!" she exclaimed."How dare you call my name," Dominic retorted, surprised that Gwen dared to address him."Why not, if it makes you stop chasing me," Gwen replied, covering herself with a pillow. Another mischievous idea crossed Dominic's mind, as he pulled Gwen's leg and then pinned her down. They were very close; Gwen could feel Dominic's breath."Oh no, he really wants to devour me," Gwen thought to herself. She couldn't move anymore; all she could do was surrender."Do you want to know the consequences of what you did earlier?" Dominic said, his voice becoming deeper and more seductive.Unfortunately, their moment was interrupted by a knock on their bedroom door. Dominic grunted in annoyance as he walked towards the door. Gwen seized the moment to escape; she didn't want the earlier incident to repeat itself. If she didn't leave soon, Dominic might force himself on her.

"Who is she?" Dominic replied indifferently as he walked towards the bathroom. Gwen understood that her husband wasn't ready to talk about his past yet. She grabbed a snack while waiting for him to come out of the bathroom. "Do you want milk or orange juice?" Gwen asked as Dominic sat back down in his chair. "I actually want coffee, but since there isn’t any, I’ll take orange juice," he replied. "If you really want coffee, we can order some. Or I can go downstairs and get it for you, how about that?" Gwen offered. However, Dominic declined his wife's offer; he didn't want to trouble Gwen. Besides, he felt that fruit salad went better with orange juice. Meanwhile, Gwen, who was trying to play the role of a good wife, ate her favorite chocolate cake with a glass of milk. They both enjoyed their breakfast so much that they forgot about the plan they had made the night before. 

Dominic realized his mistake and quickly took control of the situation. He swiftly turned the steering wheel in another direction, luckily avoiding other vehicles. Gwen was still in shock from what had just happened, having narrowly escaped death."Are you okay?" Dominic asked, worried about his wife's condition as he pulled over. He looked closely at Gwen's face. "Gwen, look at me."Gwen met her husband's gaze, their eyes locking. Suddenly, she hit Dominic's shoulder. "Next time, drive carefully. I’m not ready to die."Dominic bowed his head, feeling a mix of confusion and frustration, but mostly relief that his wife was okay and could even scold him. "Alright, I'm sorry.""What were you looking at to lose concentration like that?" Gwen demanded.Dominic was too embarrassed to admit the truth, leading to a misunderstanding between him and his wife. "You must have been looking at another woman," she accused.Dominic rolled his eyes. Seeing that Gwen was alright, he continued driving.
