Dropping Thalia off at Daycare she's more than excited to crawl toward the big pile of toys that her friends are playing with. She smiles at them picks up a little piano and starts making noise smacking her fingers about "Oh you must be Thalia's mother how nice to meet you," the lady says in Russian as she walks toward me. I turn to face her and if I'm being quite honest I barely understand/speak Russian so I can't reply"I do-"Oh my apologies," she says with a smile on her face and I return one back"Oh no I'm sorry for not understanding," I say and she brushes me off waving a hand to tell me it's no problem "No no it's fine but my English is not very good but I'll try," she says and now I feel bad"Thank you," I say and she smiles"Thalia is a good kid," she says. I look over at Thalia and I smile"Yeah she is," I say, and the lady nods"But I fear she's taking longer to start walking," she says and I frown turning to face her"Don't you think that's a bit of a stretch?
