Chapter 29 Lydia’s POV “What are you doing here?” Darwin growled as his eyes narrowed suspiciously. “I don’t know what you mean. Am I now banned from roaming about the palace?” I stood upright and patted my hair down while avoiding his eyes. “Lydia,” He sighed in exasperation and pinched the bridge of his nose “You’re in front of Freya’s room. She’s in solitary confinement, so yes for you to be here, you must have a reason. What is it?” Freya’s room? I looked back in confusion. “Your little race landed us in front of his daughter’s room." He was so close, I dropped my hands and could feel his breath on my face.
