The door to her house opened and I found Mira, anxiously awaiting our arrival as she fondled her fingers and her gown. "H...he..hello, I'm Mirabel." The cleaning was left to the expert and I continued with my task of getting Mira to safety, so I carried her away from the building, on reaching the parking lot where the others patiently waited, I came face to face with Malicay who stared at me in confusion while seeing Mira's state. Seeing how quick Malicay was to switch moods, I kindly handed her over to him and minded my own business.  Like a child who was given candy for the first time, Malicay's eyes shone brightly as he took her in his arms. Oh please, his display of affection creeps me out in the worst possible ways. Speaking of which, I poked my head in search of Daniel who was behind us in his car. He was asleep with Thomas and they slept like a baby without a single care in the world. Luckily Jake was with them.
