CHAPTER 31- Conspiracy

My heart was filled with deep sorrow, and the entire Tribiano community stood united with me in grief over the loss of several comrades, particularly for the untimely passing of my father. It was so hard to accept that he was no longer by my side, leaving me and the pack in a state of desolation.

Alex being held captive by the enemies added to the burden of sorrow I carried within. However, I was confident that the vampires would not harm him as they used him as bait to lure me in.

To lessen the agony, I chose not to extend my father's wake and opted to have him laid to rest within the villa's grounds. But though he was already buried, the pain of his departure still lingered in my mind and my heart. I vowed to avenge his death and hold all the vampires accountable for their actions.
