I felt relieved when the vampires stopped pursuing Alpha Callum. My own fate in the hands of the enemies did not matter to me at all, as long as Magnus would be saved. I could sense my brother's reluctance to leave me behind, but as the Luna of the Silvercrest Pack, he had no other choice but to obey my order. I hoped it wasn't too late to give Magnus the antidote and that my brother would reach the villa in time.

The vampires brought me to their hideout and placed me in a prison cell. While I was thinking about Magnus' condition, a female vampire appeared out of nowhere. She had a pale complexion with flawless, almost transparent skin. Her eyes were captivating and intense, adding to her striking and captivating presence. Her beauty was both enchanting and slightly unsettling, leading me to believe she was a vampire princess. But the moment I looked into her eyes, I could feel a sense of familiarity.
