My heart brimmed with joy as I put a red mark on Lara's neck, believing that she had gladly accepted the everlasting bond. While we hadn't verbally shared our emotions, one thing was clear: we no longer held grudges against each other for what our parents did in the past.

I felt like I had regained all my strength as an Alpha, enough to strategize a counterattack against the vampires. They had to face the consequences for their actions against me, Lara, and our pack. I was confident in my victory, as my strength surpassed anyone else, including Rider Storm. If he had bested me before, in our next meeting, I vowed to ensure he would be the one to fall.

I gazed at Lara, who was peacefully sleeping next to me. Tenderly, I traced my fingers along her face, admiring its beauty. My eyes then shifted to her neck, where a visible red mark caught my attention. I was confident that the mark would remain, unlike what happened last time, as it was imprinted during the full moon's rise.
