We arrived at the Silvercrest Pack's villa at 7:30 in the evening. At first, I hesitated to go because I had no romantic interest in Alpha Magnus, knowing his reputation as a womanizer. I was well aware of how many women in Tribiano were attracted to him and all of them ended heartbroken.

Certainly, I was drawn to him in the past, yet I tried to suppress any possible emotions to go deeper, to avoid potential heartache. I preferred to have a loyal and devoted partner but it seemed rare to find such a man these days. Perhaps Alpha Callum fitted that description, but I treated him more as a brother.

Afraid to experience the same fate as my mother, I decided to exclude the term 'love' from my vocabulary. Instead, I found pleasure in flirting with men within my boundaries, limiting interactions to hugs and cheek kisses. I had never yielded to a man, opting to appreciate their companionship without romantic attachments.
