CHAPTER 3

This guy that everyone is talking about goes by the name Kai, he is the cutest among his friends and from his way of talking, he seems intelligent and have less interest when its comes to ladies. Even though every girl admire this guy but he is so focused that ladies are the least of his problems. Kai and his friends walk straight to the library where they discuss about their studies and few things about social life.

“There’s a girl in this school and she is really hard to get,” Gabriel confess. “She’s beautiful and known for her intelligence and cleanliness, she’s the only daughter to her parents but she really hate guys.”Gabriel continue. Trying to get Kai’s attention but, Kai seems far with his studies and really he doesn’t want to talk about any girl at the moment. “Are you with me? Or you have decided to turn me to a fool? How can I be talking to you and you’re ignoring me this way? Do you know how aching it is? Please if you are not in the mood of communication I will prefer you let me know rather than making me look like someone who doesn’t deserve to have a conversation with you .” Gabriel said more bitter and sad.

“Hey..! I’m sorry man, it’s not like I’m ignoring you or trying to give you deaf ears but you know I really do not like discussing ladies. When my studies is call for I love giving in my best. Remember we have assignments to do, so rather than sitting here and talking about ladies whereas it’s not going to help us, let’s try to complete the assignments and I promise when we done with it, I will give you the listening ear and we can talk about all the ladies on campus if that will really make you happy. “Kai said to Gabriel smiling and turning the next page of his book.

“You should have said this to me and not sitting quite while making me look like a fool before you. “Gabriel argued. So did you take down the assignments? Let’s work on it then. Gabriel proposed. Of course I took down the assignments, so we can start doing the assignments such that we will be free to study other books and not this same book. Their assignment was done completely and they happily stepped out of the library discussing on what to look like in school the next day.

Kai had and appointed with his dad so he will have to rush home after school such that he will meet up with the request of his dad. As Kai gave a thought about this appointment, he told Gabriel that he will be rushing home cause he won’t want to keep his father waiting as he did last time though Gabriel was sad because both of them won’t have the opportunity to discuss about the most beautiful and intelligent girl on campus by name Nyla.

After this discussion between these two friends, they met a group of girls sitting under a tree and singing, this got Kai because he love singing too and his dad always sing for him at this point Kai stop and watched the girls sing and he was emotional touched by the voice of Nyla but couldn’t say anything because he don’t love talking about girls talk less of going close to them.

That’s Kai , oh my God he is damn cute, Raissa said at a low tune. She have been talking about Kai since morning and it’s becoming boring and annoying to other girls except Nyla who wishes to be friends with Kai . “So the only person who commented is Nyla , he is definitely cute and I love the way he walks too” Nyla commented while smiling. Hey girls I have to go home my driver is here see you guys tomorrow! Nyla said and left .

Nyla rush to where her driver stopped the car and she greeted politely, she gets into the car and they drove slowly, the driver is so friendly and love Nyla like his own daughter.

Nyla happened to see Kai through the glass of the car and he was running fast and sweating, this is because he really want to get home fast and he regrets while he didn’t ask his driver to come pick him up. Nyla pleaded on her driver to help Kai since they were all going through same direction! The driver accepted and he stops the car right Infront of Kai, Nyla stepped down and greeted him, then ask him to get in the car since the sun was too much and its seems he really wants to get home soon. Perplexed he ask who Nyla is ; she explains that she’s just a student in school and she knows him in school too so she insisted and Kai accepted the offer as they drove off.

They arrived Kai’s destination, he appreciated Nyla’s gesture and kindness towards him, for the first time, Kai ask for a lady’s number and Nyla for the first time accepted to give her contact out to a guy without hesitation or questioning. Kai left and Nyla apologize to her driver for the time consuming, her driver had no issue with it since his duty is to take care of Nyla and also make sure that Nyla is happy always. So if this little favor is what will bring her happiness then he will love to do it again and again. The driver said inwardly then looked at Nyla and smile.

On their way home, the driver try to find out why Nyla collected the guy’s contact, Nyla explains that she likes the guy and just want to be friends with him and that just her reason for getting Kai’s contact. Oh I even forgot asking his name can you imagine? Nyla said while laughing aloud. Both are home now and Nyla rush in to say Hi to her parents.
