Chapter 6

Kai is fragmented and confused! Everything happens like a dream! He has never wish for a sad story like this, Kai feels bad for his dad but there’s nothing he can do at this point! He promise to study hard and make sure he makes his dad proud! “I will want to stay away from anything that will make my life uncomfortable in the future! Dad’s story is not the best and I wouldn’t want this same story to repeat itself again!” Kai concluded!

In Kai school, he is the most handsome and adorable male students among his friends and his friends are people who love women even though they also focus when their studies are call for! Kai just want to student and he just hate the name women and according to his thoughts, no woman will be able to move him due to his father’s story!

“My mom is demonic!” Kai echoed while tears run down his cheeks! “How could she be this wicked and heartless! “She abandon me when I was just three months old, just because of the pressure mounted on her by her friends?” But my father is a rich and a respected millionaire! He could give her all she wish for , what exactly transpire between my dad and mom before she abandon me? Indeed women are wicked!”

Kai’s father finds it difficult to rest that night! Even though he is stress free now from the questions his son is always asking about his mom! But he is not comfortable because of what his son is going through at the moment after getting the whole truth about what happened! “How do I even comfort him?” His father is tense!

He walks close to Kai’s room so he can find out if he is sleeping or not! It’s very unusual for Kai to bolt her door while sleeping, his door is always half-open but not completely closed! But this time around, his door is fasten! This is evident that he’s been crying since his dad tell break the news to him! His dad is at the side of his door and attempted to push it open as usual but unfortunately it is close! “My “God! This is strange! Why must he bolt the door today? Dear God please protect my son for me! He is helpless at this point, and I don’t think I can even help!” He prays!

He decides to knock the door so he could distract Kai from whatever he must be doing inside! He knocks the door for a while but no respond . He can only cry at this point, little did he know that his tears hurt his son so badly! When he fell on the door and start lamenting, Kai got the sound and it is not a good idea to see his daddy crying like a baby! He regrets not opening the door when he first knocked!

The door flies open and Kai’s dad stood up from the back of the door! His son eyes are swollen and reddish, he appears pale in his eyes and even when both are staring each other, tears continue flowing freely from the eyes of Kai! He wants to tell his dad to stop crying but his own tears can’t let him do it!

“Fa..ther!” He stutter!

“I’m sorry if I’m making you feel bad for letting me know the truth! I just only regret my existence daddy! How could mom be so wicked and heartless? Fuck her and her useless friends! I hate that Devil father!”

Stretching his hand to get his son’s, Kai hugged his father! His daddy keeps suggesting he go see his mother so that he will have the identity of his mom but Kai is so mad that his mother’s existence irritates her! “I will love to take you to your mom! It’s good you see her , I know you won’t want to stay with her but just seeing her will be ok. But you can give her a visit anytime if that will be ok by you! His dad suggested!”

“Father can you just stop talking about that woman? She’s not my mother and she will never be! She’s not even a human, I hate her not even in her coffin would I give him the last respect any corps deserves! She’s evil father!” Kai is saying this at the top of his voice, from the way he talks, you his father can see anger, hatred and a lot of regret in his voice. There’s no way his dad can force him to rap what he dose not want to! Tomorrow is school and he is afraid Kai may not not go to school because of what happened!

“Will you go to school tomorrow?” His father echoes!

Looking at his dad, Kai had make up his mind to stay at home for a week without going to school because going to school will only hurt him! His friends love talking about their parents being happily married and he wouldn’t want to listen to this anymore meanwhile he can’t boast of his parents happiness too! But now he will have to tell his dad that he will go to school such that his father will be happy!

“Of course father! I will have to. Our exams are fast approaching and I will need to be present so that I will be able to maintain my position!” Kai’s dad knows he is not saying it because he really want to but he is saying just to please him!

“It’s fine if you will not be able to go school tomorrow! You can stay back home and rest! This will make you feel better!” His dad suggests!

“It’s not an issue father, I will go to school tomorrow! I will be fine! I will get over this soon!” He concluded while giving a fave smile to please his dad!
