“Where are you going?” Alma asked her from behind. Amanda turned around to see her best friend approaching from the main door. She hadn’t expected her best friend to arrive this late. She was utterly surprised to see her here inside the house.

That evening Amanda was ready to visit the old mansion to pay her respect to Don Kennedy. She hadn’t made it out yesterday for the reason that Alma and Richard were still around. They would probably insist that it’s best for her not to go to the burial. But she can’t just miss it out if only for a few days. Don Kennedy had done so much for her and this is the only way possible to give back what was due.
