Chapter 72

Seeing Sarah calling his phone clearly speaks trouble, Keith said to himself as he went outside Sandro’s room the answer the call. Mrs. Ferrer and Kenny already left and only the three of them left inside the private room—him, Sandro and Amanda. And knowing Sarah, she can be very impatient that as it turns out she’s been calling him numerous times.

Keith walked until he reached the end of the hallway where there would be no one who could hear him. He finally answered the call and Sarah shoot the question right away.

“Honey, where are you?”

“Where are you and Kenny?”

He took a deep breath before he replied. “Kenny is going to sleep in your mother’s place.”

She sounded confused. “What? Why?”

“How is that even possible when Mom is outside the country?” Then she gasped at the other line. “Did she already come back from Spain?”

“Yes, she’s back. We met here in the hospital where Sandro was admitted.”
