Chapter 2

Time flies so fast, they are now walking towards Mister Lee's office.

"Just wait for me in the lobby," Jacob said.

She smiled bitterly.

"Okay sir," she said and when Jacob was gone, she rolled up her eyes.

"Tsk," she shook her head.

She sat down on the couch and picks up her phone in her bag.

She started to surf on social media and saw Kate's post on a bikini. She frowned. She said that she will be at her mother's house but it seems like she was on a beach.

She just ignored it and continued to scroll on her phone until she fell asleep.

"Jacob? You're here," she said while smiling at Jacob.

"Of course. I don't want you to wait for me for such a long time. I don't want you to get bored," Jacob said and kissed her cheeks.

"Thank you but you don't have to do that," she replied.

"Let's go?" Jacob said and handed his hand to her. She smiled and took his hand.

They went to a classy restaurant and they eat there.

"How's your day?" Jacob asked her.

"It's fine not very tiring," she replied and smiled sweetly.

They are in the middle of dinner when Kate appeared.

"Jacob, please, would you love me?" Kate said and even bend her knee to beg for Jacob.

"Kate, how many times do I had to tell you that I'm in love with Nicole? It's not you and it will never be you," Jacob said and hold Nicole's hand.

Nicole grinned and closed her eyes. She knew that it was just a dream. Because it was impossible for Jacob to love her.

"Nicole?!"

She opened her eyes and looked at Jacob and saw his angry face.

"Why?"  she asked confused.

"I said let's go. My meeting is done," Jacob replied.

She just realized where they are. She looks around and saw that they were in the lobby and she was just waiting for Jacob to finish his meeting with mister Lee.

Just like the usual thing, it was the opposite of her dream. She used to be Lucid dreaming again.

She sighed and stood up. She watched Jacob walking towards his car.

She walk towards the car too and sat down on the passenger's seat.

While on the trip, she remembered the scene in her dream. She and Jacob were together and happy while Kate is just trash for Jacob. She sighed again in so much feeling of loss.

"Are you dreaming again, Nicole?"Jacob asked her curiously.

She looked at her back at where Jacob was sitting and smiled at him.

"No, sir," she replied and looked back at the road.

She didn't hear Jacob's reply anymore.

NATHAN was sitting in front of the big Eifel tower.

He saw a lot of people and they were all busy.

He started to look around and saw a familiar face. Was his best friend, Jacob with a girl?

He walked slowly to confirm if it was his best friend and he was right.

He saw the face of the woman. She was beautiful like a goddess, she looks so kind, and she was gorgeous and stunning.

"Jacob?" he called his best friend's name and it turned his head.

"Nathan!?" Jacob shouted as if he was excited to see him. Jacob even hugged him with so much joy in seen in his eyes.

"How are you doing? It was a long time," Jacob said and pulled away from their hug.

"I'm doing good. How about you?" he asked back and looked at the woman.

"Well, I'm very happy now with this glamorous woman," Jacob said and looked at the woman.

Nathan was stunned when the woman smiled at him like an angel.

"Anyways, this is-" Jacob couldn't continue what he was talking about when everything went black.

Nathan sighed.

Jacob's dream had ended. Maybe he woke up.

That's right.

Nathan was in dreams. Nathan was a dream traveller. He can travel in anyone's dream but he couldn't control his dream. Anyways, he's not dreaming. He's real.

He was forever trapped in the dreamland. Because of so much intention to escape reality, Nathan told the dream goddess that he wanted to stay in his dream. As the goddess granted his wish, he became a dream traveller who he can choose what dream he can travel.

The doors of dreams appeared in front of him again and he chose to go inside the pink door where dreams are about a childish dreams.

WHEN Nicole went out of the car, she realized that Jacob was sleeping. But, when she was about to lean closer to him, Jacob opened his eyes.

Jacob frowned the moment he saw Nicole's face and he calmed after Nicole stood away from leaning on his face.

"Sir seems like you're dreaming," she said when she saw Jacob's sweat.

"Yeah, you're right. I saw Nathan in y dream. I'm with someone but her face is blurred," Jacob said.

Her? So he's with a woman? Is it Kate?

Hmm, maybe it was better if it was her.

"You're with a girl?" she asked absentmindedly.

"Yeah, but I can't see her face because it was blurry," Jacob answered hesitantly.

She looked at Jacob with a shocked face.

"Sir, that's normal. Sometimes we often dream about someone whose face is blurry and we can't recognize them. It means that your dream will happen in real life," she explained.

"Did you mean that my dream will happen in real life? But I'm not with Kate. We were at the Eifel tower and we saw Nathan. When I'm about to introduce the girl beside me to Nathan, I woke up," Jacob explained.

"Sir, Just don't mind it, okay? We had so many important meetings," she replied and rolled up her eyes.

He has no hope of taking Jacob away from Kate, and there's another woman in Jacob's life. And did he dream about that girl?

She heard Jacob sigh.

She went inside first at Jacob's company and waited for him to arrive in his office.

"What's my next meeting?" Jacob asked her while sitting on his swivel chair.

"Meeting with investors," she replied shortly.
