Chapter 6

The moongoddess hates me. I know that now. Right from when I started to suffer in my last pack, to this very moment of being caught after trying to escape. She hates me.

I'm weak, with no wolf. I can't fight to save my life and my mate doesn't want me. The plan was to start a new life entirely, forgetting about Logan, but that can't happen anymore.

I groaned as I tried to push the body off me, but it felt like I was trying to lift a heavy rock, it was impossible. I could feel my body get hot and electricity zap through my body. The tip of my fingers were left with a tingling sensation.

I had been caught by Logan. He got off me in a flash, and took a few steps away from me and I got up fast on my feet, about to run again when I crashed onto a hard wall.

I stepped back and looked back to see what stopped me from running when I saw that it was Logan and the hard walk was his toned body.
