Chapter 35

Lily's Pov.

The room was very hot and I laid in my own sweat and tears. I was sticky all over and I wished I hadn't locked my windows earlier.

I perked my ears up whenever I heard a sound, hoping it was Logan coming to free me but it was never him. I have waited for so long and I was starting to get tired. I couldn't just sit and wait, I had to do something.

I brought my wrist closer to my mouth, and pulled on the knots of the rope with my teeth, trying to loosen it. It was very uncomfortable and my neck was hurting badly but I still continued to try.

I tried to reach my wolf again, so we could combine our strengths and work on escaping together but she didn't respond. I needed my fangs badly and there was no way I could shift without connecting to her.

I didn't give up because of that but continued to gnaw on the rope. I didn't know how I was going to escape from the room but I just wanted to be free from the ropes on my wrists.
