Chapter 3 : Found her

I SUDDENLY FELT a strange scent. It's not familiar to me but it did wake up my soul. I can't move my body but I can feel that I am breathing just fine. It feels like I'm in a coma that has been bedridden for a year.

While waiting for the people I have felt, I suddenly remembered the things that I had done last night. My body is uncontrolled at that time, it seems like someone is controlling my body. I couldn't still forget how my hands pierced through those Wolves I killed and snatched their beating heart out of their body.

I can still remember how I badly wanna kill that Beta who used to be my parents' friend, and he still dares to make me treat him as my father. That wench is so disgusting.

One thing's for sure after I killed those wolves that murdered my parents. I didn't feel any mercy nor I don't even want to apologize. They made my anger and resentment show up from my mind and that's what they get from murdering my parents. 

"Shh! You're gonna wake her up!" I heard a voice of a lady that had interrupted my thoughts.

"I'm just checking if she still has a pulse." I again heard another voice of a lady.

The other lady sighed before she speak, I heard. "of course she's alive! She's breathing, you dumbass witch"

I heard two people conversing but I can sense that three souls. They have this kind of scent that I once smelled but I could figure out where did I smelled it and who has it? I am sure that their sense is very familiar to me though.

When the people are arguing because they were screaming at each other so loudly, I tried to open my eyes but I can't. Even I used all the strength that was left in my body, I still cannot open my eyes. 

Did I abuse my body when I let the burning sensation shift me in my Wolf form? I asked myself as I began to feel numbness again and my energy was decreasing so bad that I just wanna sleep for an eternity. I suddenly remember my father and one of the pieces of advice he's always telling me is I should not drain my energy because it has a backlash. And that's what I get from abusing my own body and mind. 

I miss them so much and I need them now. I thought.

Before I let myself be engulfed in Darkness, I heard the third person speak.

"Let's bring her to Mother Leilani." After that, I let myself fall asleep.

·Third Person·

"Let's bring her to Mother Leilani," Flora spoke which made the two girls stop their fighting.

Flora . A girl with green color on her left eye, and a normal coffee-brown color on her right eye. She has a white not-so pale skin complexion and brown hair with dark green strikes in it.

"Are you serious right now, Flora? You know how our clan is very strict about bringing strangers without any clear information about them." Casia opposes her and has a very serious expression wearing on her face. 

Casia Bituin. From her surname itself Bituin or a Star, her eyes are shining blue like a star in the evening. She has an Almond skin color with her Auburn hair that has deep blue highlights on it. 

"But I can sense a familiarity with her, Casia." Flora replies as she's examining Estelle.

"Flora, that would not justify the point that she's a stranger to us. And how can you sense a familiarity with her, huh? Explain." Casual almost blurted but she chose not to because the girl is still sleeping. She doesn't want to wake her up.

Flora doesn't care about Casia's opposing her, she's not even paying attention to what casia said earlier.

"I don't need your permission, Casia. I will bring her" 

Casia can no longer hold herself from screaming and so she did, "You can't! That stranger might do something to us, Flora."

"....." Flora didn't answer her and proceeded to scan Estelle's body as she did not see any bruises.

"What the......" Casia almost cursed because of what flora did then she glance at the last girl they were with.

"Petal?..." She called Petal's name, waiting for her to speak and help her to stop Flora.

"U-uhhhhhh?" Petal just lifted her shoulder and signed that she couldn't help her then spoke.

"We can't stop her, Casia. She's more powerful than us."

Petal Tala. Her morena skin complexion compliments her natural black hair with eyes of natural brown color. 

"And besides, can't you feel that this girl is not a threat to us? If you can't, then you're not a witch." Petal added.

Cassia can't stop the two of her friend. "Okay fine!" She looks like she's so defeated.

Petal shrieks in laughter when she found Cassia's face. 

"Tsk. Stop it, you witch!" Cassie screamed at her.

Petal laughed more loudly as Cassia called her witch, which by intention of insulting. 

"You are a witch also, Cassia." 

Cassie just rolled her eyes and glanced at Flora who is scanning Estelle's body when a thought came to her mind.

"So... How can you lift her body to the tribe, Flora?" She then asks Flora.

Flora, on the other hand, stops examining Estelle's body and the realization hits her, then she turned her body around which Cassia is, and then she scratches the back of her head.

Cassia is just smirking at her and an expression of winning player appeared on her face. 

Flora thought twice before she spoke, "You will me, right?"

Cassia grinned at her then answered, "You wish. I am not gonna help you to lift that strang—" 

Before she even finished her sentence, Petal took a paper with the word "sumunod" written on it and stick it to Cassia's back, and then muttered a very short incantation. 

(AN - Sumunod is a Tagalog word that means Follow or Obey)

"Yes, we will help you." Petal gaily replied while looking at Cassia who can't move her body but her mouth.

Cassia looked at Petal so pissed, "I will tell this to your mother, petal. I bet Mother Leilani will punish you for doing this to me." She blackmailed Petal but it doesn't make her scared.

"Go on, Cassia. I will accompany you to my mother also." Petal replied with a victorious smile on her mouth.

"Okay then. Help me with her." Flora said then she walked towards Estelle's head because that is where she will lift her.

While Petal and Cassia who were under an incantation went to Estelle's right and left foot.

They raise Estelle's body as they were having a hard time lifting her because Estelle's body is too heavy for them.

They were witches, not barbarians. They were taught Spells, incantation, and history but not on how they can use their physical body to fight. 

On their way to their tribe, the only thing that the music playing in their ears was the rants of Cassia is her killing petal when the incantation remove from her body.
