After the unexpected incident in the hospital, Kairo and Rose left home after making sure that little Samuel was fed and taken care of. Kairo made sure that the boy had everything he needed before having a word with the doctor who was treating the boy. The good doctor assured them that Samuel could go home the next day. The little boy was on the verge of tears when Kairo was leaving. Kairo promised the boy that he would be back the next day to take him home. Samuel perked up after that. Even Rose felt sad for the boy. Sylvia is not fit to be a mother, and Samuel becomes the unlucky boy to become that selfish and cold woman's son.

On the way to the Bianchi mansion in Italy, Rose was very nervous. Her palms were sweating and she felt uncertain. Kairo noticed it too.
