Bad Cop story

"Who are you and where are you taking me?" Rose demanded the cop.

Even though this street is small, the scene playing on the street still attracts everyone's attention. A cop dragging anyone toward his car will only look as if that cop is doing his duty and the person whom he is taking will be assumed as a culprit.
