After we finished breakfast we each went on our own way to get things ready for today. That is how I find myself downstairs, looking for the witches that I am going to need for the day. I know that I need Elle and Rosa but there are a few other elementals that would be useful for the building of the new joint gym.In the end I settle with Ella, Rosa, Hazel, and Sage. There are others that I could use but I do not want too many people without a set plan on how to build it. Making our way towards the boundary, I find that Dante is waiting with Julia, Amora, and Kevin. That will do for what all I have planned today.As soon as we reach the area, we come up with a basic blueprint for what we want to build. After properly determining our roles in the Council, I send everyone back to get ready for a party. I, on the other hand, am taking a brief, rare moment to myself while I finish adding things to the building for today's grand opening. I add some simple decorations as well as more chairs and things that we will need.It does not take long for me to finish the decorations. Since nobody is here yet, I venture out to the front of the building facing the witches and add a fountain. This fountain shows a witch befriending a werewolf. On the opposite side, facing the werewolf side, I made the opposite to the first fountain. This one shows a werewolf curling up next to a witch on a field of flowers. By the time that people start to arrive the building is as close to being perfect as I can get it for now. They all look around in awe at the building that was not there the last time anybody came this way. Heck, it was not here two hours ago. It really surprises the wolves more than it does the

Trying to think up an obstacle course that both species will need to work together to get through takes a little while. Eventually, we decide to take the original course idea for the werewolves and then add some extra surprises throughout it. Thinking back to when we watched the Harry Potter movies, we might eventually make a maze for them to have to go through as well. That could be entertaining to watch them try to figure out. For now, we add things like rock walls that have no foot holds, hoops to swing across that cannot be reached without elemental or telekinetic powers and even a small lake to swim across that is frozen. It has to be thawed out and actually swam across to make it all of the way across. Everybody stands around and watches us work on the obstacle course. Dante and Kevin constantly give me more ideas on how to make the course more difficult while Julia and Elle help me make the course. Trying to match up the witch duos with the werewolf trios is proving to be tricky. Hopefully, by separating them according to ages it will prove a little easier. Hazel will, of course, get along with Connor just fine but I am not sure that the same can be said about some of his friends. They were not exactly that open minded when they first found out that he is dating a witch but that has hopefully changed after seeing what she went through at the hands of the Witch's Council.Speaking of the Witch Council, they are all here. They all showed up to watch what we are doing. Simonetta is openly sneering at any werewolf that tries to come close to her. Carlina and Viola are both imitating her to varying degrees although it is obvious that Carlina is not as disgusted by being around werewolves as the other two.Safiya is sadly avoiding eye contact with the male that she has been seeing. Once the new Council members are gathered, I clear my throat to grab everyone's attention. The Council members line up behind me with the Witches on one side and the werewolves on the other. Instead of them choosing the side that their own species is more specifically gathered on, they decide to stand on the opposite sides. Hopefully, this will show that they are open to working with each other and both species on a regular basis."Thank you all for coming here today. I hope that you had fun with the obstacle course. The introduction of the Council went pretty well overall. After the introductions were over we mingled together fairly well. The werewolves tried to get to know the witches a little better and vice versa. While the werewolves are finding it difficult to trust the witches, the witches are definitely finding it difficult to open up after all of the fighting that they caused in the past. Of course, most of it was against their better judgment but that does not change the fact that they did still do it. The Witch Council shot daggers at me for the entire night after introducing a Council of our own. They did not like that they were being looked over by the rest of the witches after that point. They still hold some power over the witches but now the witches also have to answer to the joint Council. That is a new concept that the Witch Council is going to have to accept. The big day is finally here. It is the day that 4 of our novices move up in their training. Today I am going to shake things up even more. With the Coven and the Witch Council. I mean, at this point, why not right? They are just looking for another reason to try to take me on anyways."Are you ready for today?" Heading back out to the lake area, I look around to determine where the best spot would be. As much as I would love to do the celebration on the platform above the lake but it would have to be gigantic for us all to fit there. Instead, I head for the closest clearing in the nearby woods to see if it would be suitable for today.When I reach the clearing, I find Elle and Rosa already waiting there. They must have figured that I would be heading here to get everything ready. It looks like they have already convinced the tree line to move back some more to give us more room.
