Chapter 5

Ramos , prepare hundred men, we will be leaving for the Light moon pack at Midnight i mindlink him.

Okay Alpha I will do that.  Do you have any other instructions for us before we leave.

Yes when we get there, I would like to scout the pack before I head over to their pack house so tell them that I won't be needing security and so you guys should wait for me at their pack house.

And make sure that no one knows of my whereabout. When they ask of me, tell them that, something popped up so I will arrive later.

Okay Alpha, I will do exactly as told. I cut the mindlink and go back to my room to pack for my journey.

Everyone calls me the Demon and I agree with them. Yes I'm ruthless and wicked but only to the bad guys.

I have never killed an innocent person and I don't plan on doing so. But you can't stop rumors and also what people think about you.

My name is Kyle Aston, the Alpha of the Black crystal pack and also the strongest Alpha in the world.

Rumors have it that I hate Females and that's absolutely true. But there's only one female that I can never hate and that's my mate.

The one destined to love and cherish me and also to give me the family I never had.

That's why the only fear I have in this life is to lose my mate. I'm afraid that she will reject me because of my reputation.

That's why I never made my mind to search for her and also allowed the rumors of me not wanting a mate to circulate around.

But that was my wishful thinking because the moon goddess had other plans for us.

She appeared to me and warned me to look for my mate before I regret it for the rest of my life. Because she's the only person who can help me fufill my destiny.

After her revelation, I have travelled to almost every pack just to find my mate but to no avail. And that's a major problem because my enemies are also looking for my mate.

And I don't want to imagine what they will do to her when they get her before I do. But I will make sure that no harm comes to my mate. 

Her life, safety and happiness are my major priority and I will make sure to safeguard them.

I wake up from my thoughts as I go downstairs to eat dinner because we won't rest once we start the journey.

I want to reach there before morning in order to scout the pack if there's any enemy lurking around.

After I finish eating, I take my bath and mindlink Ramos to tell the warriors to meet me at the border. It's time for us to depart.

Kade my gamma will take care of the pack in my absence as he always does.Kade arrives and escort me to the border .

Remember to mindlink me if anything pops up and also take good care of yourself and the pack, I tell him.

Yes Alpha, your wish is my command, he replies jokingly. Kade hugs Ramos and the guys as bid us good bye.

The warriors assemble the moment they see me and Ramos comes to stand beside me.

I hope you all have been briefed on what to do by Beta Ramos. Yes Alpha, they all answer in unison. 

Okay, then make sure there's no mistake or else you already know the consequences. Yes Alpha.

Okay , we are setting out now. We are going in our wolf form so shift now. My wolf Allen leads  them as we all set out for the Light Moon pack.

It's a 10 hours journey but because of our speed , we will use only 7 hours. After 5hours , I allow them to rest and leave them in the care of Ramos as I continue the journey. 

After two hours, I finally reach the Light moon pack. I conceal my presence and walk past the guards into their territory.

I check around the whole pack to be certain that no enemy followed me . As I'm walking through the forest, I find a small house that looks like a cottage .

Curiosity gets the best part of me as I walk toward it to know who stays in such an isolated place

As I get close to the house, I smell the most sweetest scent I have ever known. It's a mixture of cinnamon and rose. 

My wolf Allen starts to scream Mate in my head and tries to take control but I don't allow him.

I enter the house to look for the owner but to my disappointment, she's not around. I sit outside the door to wait for her.

Some few minutes later , I hear a melodious voice of some one chuckling to herself as she skips happily to my direction.

I stare at her foolishly because I have never seen anyone as beautiful as her before. She has sapphire eyes and a very long blonde hair.

I mask my presence immediately to avoid scaring her. She walk past me and I inhale her sweet scent to calm Allen down.

I follow her into the room and sit down to watch her as she eats her supper and also go upstairs to take her bath.

She came back later mumbling something about she being a good person and also going for a run.

She gets out of the house and shift into a large white wolf. I stare at her in shock because white wolf's are very rare.

They are they only wolves that can control all the five elements and also have an abnormally fast healing ability.

I stare at my mate in adoration as she dash into the woods. I also change into my massive black Wolf to follow and protect her from any harm.

She plays happily in the woods and rest by a lake side in the forest after she became tired. My wolf also lie down next to her to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place.

After the skies start to turn dark, she stands up and make her way back home.

The moment we arrive, she hides behind a tree to shift back and I also shifted back and stood at a doorstep with my back facing her .
