After the attack, we were drained. Eulisses and I were thankful that Romeo and Stella arrived at the time they did. There was also the issue of Eulissess's mother being imprisoned and Coral being trapped in a magic jail. It's been a crazy ride, and I still don't know if we are going to make it or not. I am still holding some hope of breaking my deal with the darkness, but the more time passes, the more restless I am getting.
I woke up tangled in my mate's arms. He is such a caring and noble guy. Eulisses has proven over and over again that he is a true Alpha in his heart. He cares for his people, and the level of suffering that he has endured during his youth makes him a great leader.
