Everly´s words shook me to the core. As far as I knew, there was no baby yet. Eulisses and I have been very careful, and although we want to have a family, Eulisses has worked so hard to create a functional pack. He has turned so many things around that I know he wants to bring our children into a better world.
“Everly, I am sorry, but there is no baby yet…” I blurted out, and Eulisses nodded, confident of my asseveration. Elphaba smiled and looked at the others. Evangeline cleared her throat and whispered, “Not that you know of…” and winked at me.
