Hearing her through our link was a relief. I can't believe she felt that way. When Corey opened his link to me and I heard their conversation, I froze in my spot, the realization hit me like a ton of bricks. I have been distant with her. At first, I was upset about the invitation to Paige and Eulisses, but before we could clear the air, I was swamped with pack issues and then several rogue attacks happened around neighboring packs, making me anxious to say the least.

Then, two days ago, all the Alphas and Lunas arrived and mayhem started. Meeting after meeting, trying to deal with alliances and disputes, along with dealing with increasing security and coping with the fact that tonight they might want to hit and take my Luna away from me. I then decided that I would at least mind-link her and reassure her that I loved her. I felt relief washing over her.
