VALERIE'S POV My encounter with Hudson at the hospital aside, the day did go smoothly. Chapter 37 VALERIE'S POV I walked in, head held high as my heels clicked against the tiled floors. Everyone immediately stood up as a sign of respect, their tension filled eyes focused on my every movement and I basked in the attention.
