Author's POV

At Office

Taking long steps, Ryan entered his office.

Everyone stood up and greeted him. Ryan entered his private lift without looking at them.

"Such a stone-hearted man" One of his employers muttered under his breath.

When the lift opened, Ryan came out and started walking towards his cabin.

Everyone on this floor stood up and greeted him. Taking a file, Ryan's assistant ran after him.

Ryan entered his cabin as usual without greeting them back.

He sat down on his chair when his assistant entered the cabin with a cup of black coffee and a file.

He put the coffee on his desk. Ryan took the cup and started sipping the coffee.

"Tell me the schedule," Ryan said putting the cup on the desk.

"Sir, you have a meeting with Mr. Willard after two hours. Then you need to meet Ms. Milton" Stephen said to him

"Okay. You can go now" Ryan said to him

Stephen nodded and left from there.

Ryan opened his laptop and started doing his work.

After two hours

At Meeting room

"Why do you want to meet me, Mr. Willard?" Ryan asked him

"Mr. Knight, I want to build up a company near your sweet zone" Mr. Willard, said to him

"So? It is your place. You can do anything in our place. I have nothing to say about it. Why have you come here to tell me about it?" Ryan asked him

"I wanted to use the back side zone if you give me permission," Mr. Willard said to him

"And, why should I do it?" Ryan asked him

"Mr. Knight, if you permit us to build a factory near your place you will gain a lot of profit. Also, you can get materials near your hand" Mr. Willard, said to Ryan.

"What about the garbage in your factory? Where do you want to throw it?" Ryan asked him.

"I will use your place to throw it but I will clean it before throwing. And on the last day of every week my workers will take away the garbage from your place" Mr. Willard, said to him.

Ryan chuckled hearing it.

So, what do you think about this deal, Mr. Knight?" Mr. Woodward asked me...

Ryan looked at him and spoke up," Impressive. And now we need to talk about profit share"

"Mr. Ryan, as I using your profitable land so I want to give you a better percentage of the profit. So, we should take a profit share 50-50" Mr. Willard said to him

Hearing this Ryan smiles dryly and speaks up, "As you can not build up your company without my land, so I want 70 percent of profits share, Mr. Willard"

Hearing this Mr. Willard got shocked and looked at Ryan like Ryan asked him both livers.

"What you are saying, Mr. Knight? 70 percent is too much. I am doing everything here. You are just giving me a small land. But let's take 60-40 percent. You take 60 percent and I will take 40 percent" Mr. Willard, requested him...

"Look, Mr. Willard, I do not have any time to waste. If you want this deal and want to work with me I want 70 percent profits share. Otherwise, there is the exit door. Get out" Ryan told him rudely...

"It is okay. Mr. Ryan, I will take 30 percent profit share but for two years. After that we will take the profit equally" Mr. Willard told him...

Hearing this Ryan smirked evilly and spoke up," Very well then. Now sign the contract paper" Saying this he put the contract paper in front of him...

He sighed deeply and signed the paper with a smile then forward the paper towards Ryan.

"Now, you can sign it," Mr. Willard said to him.

Ryan took the paper and took out his pen.

An evil smirk lit up on Mr. Willard's lips.

"Sign it Knight and within a few months, the garbage will destroy your sweet zone. That is all I want" Mr. Willard spoke up in his mind.

Ryan was about to sign the paper but he stopped and looked at him then smiled.

"What happens, Mr. Knight?" Mr. Willard asked him

"I am so curious. It is your land, your money, your risk. Everything is yours but you are willing the give me 70 percent profit. Do, you think I am a fool, Mr. Willard? Or do you think as Ryan Stone Knight is an actor he can not understand the under meaning of this contract?" Ryan asked him

Hearing this Mr. Willard went pale

"What you are saying, Mr. Knight? I can not understand anything" Mr. Willard said nervously.

"Then let me tell you, you want your dirty garbage to destroy the weather of my sweet zone. So, people stopped visiting the hotels, malls, and parks. You want people to visit your zone and for that, you need to stop people from visiting my zone. Do, you think I did not notice how you lowered the price in your zone to attract the customers unfortunately customers like comfortable places which you failed to provide them. So, now you have only one option to destroy mine. And for that, you come with your so-called factory. Do, you think for this profit I will jump into your trap? I am also a businessman. I am aware of your thoughts, Mr. Willard. Do you think I got the Businessman of the Year award for nothing? Don't try to act smart in front of me. Use your dirty tricks on others. Get out now" Ryan said to him rudely.

Willard glared at him and left from there in anger.

Ryan smirked and called his PA and told him to come to his cabin...

After some time he heard a knock at the door...

When he permits his PA to enter his cabin and speaks up," Yes, sir"

"When Ms. Milton is coming here?" Ryan asked him

"Very soon, sir. She informed me a few minutes ago she is on the way" Stephen replied.

"Why she is coming, Stephen? She is the model of that company? Who sends their models to sign contracts?" Ryan asked

"Sir, you know very well Ms. Joined the company because she knew we have a good relation with that company, and because of this, she can come closer to you. She must request the CEO to come here with the papers" Stephen said to him

"She was once my co-partner in a movie nothing more. Why the hell is she still after me?" Ryan muttered being so frustrated.

"You can sign the deal on behalf of me," Ryan said

"Sir, I can with your permission but I do not think she will let me do it. I am sure reporters are already coming here behind her. The reporters will again make a big mess with it if she stays in this company for long, sir. You can settle the matter without any problem" Stephen said

Ryan nodded.

"Go. Inform me when she comes" Ryan said and left from there..

Ryan entered his cabin and started working...

He was lost at work when he heard a knock at the door.

He was startled hearing this...

"Come in" Ryan speaks up...

His PA entered the room and spoke up," Sir Ms. Milton is here. She is waiting for you in the meeting room"

"Okay. Take the project file. I will be there in two minutes. And did you take care of the reporters?" Ryan asked him.

"Yes sir. Also, our device spotted a camera in Ms. Milton's hairpin. We have removed it already but please stay careful around her" Stephen said to him

"I will. Now go" Ryan said to hum.

Nodding at Ryan he left the cabin...

Ryan took a deep breath and left the cabin.

At Meeting room

As soon as Ryan entered the meeting room Ms. Milton ran towards him and hugged him tightly...

Ryan pushes her from him immediately and speaks up," Behave yourself, Ms. Milton. We are at the office right now. It is not our shooting spot nor we are acting. You have come here to sign the deal. Give me the papers"

She looked at him seductively and spoke up," Come on baby. This meeting is nothing but a way to meet you. Don't you miss me, baby? I do miss you. I miss how we used to stay together during our shooting. I missed your arm around me"

Hearing this Ryan fisted his hand in anger and spoke up," Stop your nonsense. Sign the project paper if you want to work with that company. You know I have no feelings for you. And I did the same thing with many actresses during the shooting. It was a part of the shooting. We course in a movie, the hero, and heroine should stay together. But it doesn't mean I like you. And I am not an actor anymore"

She just smiled at me and then turned towards my PA...

"Will you excuse us? I need to talk with him alone" She asked Stephen...

Stephen glared at her and looked at Ryan.

When Ryan nodded at him he walked out...

After he went out Ryan looked at her

and she speaks up," Come on baby, you know it only takes two seconds to sign the document. So, why don't enjoy some time? And you know I can do anything for you. I love you, Ryan. Why you can not understand it? I rejected a movie to join this company for the model act because I want to get close to you. Why you can not see it?"

"It is obsession, not love. And put the thing in your mind, I do not love you. You are doing this because I was the first man who rejected you. It hurts your ego. You now want to make me fall for you to satisfy your ego. I have told you before, even if you remain the last girl in this world you will not come on my list" Saying this Ryan took the papers and put his signature on them then started walking towards the door.

"You will pay for it" The girl shouted

"Don't dare to challenge me or you will burn" Ryan said and left from there.
