Chapter 108

Stephanie POV

That small brat would have said something to Anne. I thought angrily and ran my hands through my hair.

Pacing around, I decided I had to tell Damian first before she did and so I went to find him.

I was walking through the corridor when I heard someone say something from Anne’s room. I placed my ear to listen more carefully because I thought that I was starting to hear things. She was muttering some incoherent words.

“Spells?” I asked myself.

Something was wrong and I was going to find out.

I walked past her door and met him just coming back.

“Damian,” I called him.

He turned to look at me. He was still mine, and I would make sure I got rid of her for trying to take what was mine.

“The girl, she died,” I said.

His eyes went wide in shock.

“Yes, she tried to escape and ended up killing herself in the woods because I was after her,”

“Why would she do such a thing? She was just a child,” He said a bit sorrowfully.

“Anne, she witnessed her die,” I said to him.
