Chapter One Hundred and Twenty Five.

Aurora’s POV:

Something about the screwdriver drew me in and as I twirled it in my hand, I couldn’t help but notice the weird tiny sharp spines jutting out of different angles on its entire length. I smiled at it, smiling even wider when Emily shifted uncomfortably in her chair.

“Aurora, you wouldn’t do that,” she rushed out, sounding even unsure of herself.

I liked that I could scare her this much, especially after the several times she’d made an attempt at my life.

I snickered. “I do not even need to use this when I am certain that I have several other means I could use to torture you until you’re squirming and begging to be killed,” I say slowly, eliciting a loud gasp from her.

“You are not Aurora!” She screamed, shaking her head frantically, “…this is Klaus trying to mess with my head. You cannot be Aurora… she isn’t like this.”

Beads of sweat had gathered on her scarred forehead and a few droplets had begun to flow down her face but she didn’t care. She didn’t even bother to try
