5. Mate

"Hey bro!" My sister Jasmine walked into my office without even knocking

"Whatcha need Jas I am busy.." I said to her finishing up with the last of paper work.

"Mom told me to come here so we can go to the mall together. I want to spend some time with my big brother before he finds a mate.." she came closer to me wrapping her arms around my neck hugging me from behind while I was still sitted on my office chair.

I chuckled lightly, "okay now go sit there I need to finish up first.."  

She unwrapped her arms from my neck then went and sat on the couch her eyes fixed on me.

Once I was done she and I walked out of the office hand in hand only to discover that I wasn't going with her alone but with the entire gang. Jessica, Jennifer, Aaron and his mate,  Jack and his mate too, my cousin Jason and his mate Aitanoa, my little twin brothers and younger cousin Aaliya who was the same age as David and Daniel my little twin brothers.

Among the group only two people were missing Serene Jack's sister who was in Angel realm with her mate and Naomi Aaron's little sister and Jessica and Jennifer's big sister, she was at aunt Breana's pack. Aunt Breana was Aaron's aunt.

"I thought we were going grocery shopping?" I asked looking at the entire gang.

"Yes! you boys won't know what to buy so we are tugging along." Charisma Jack's mate who was an Angel said smiling widely. 

"Yeah we have to supervise you know.." Cheistina, Aaron's mate said tugging On his arm dragging him to his car.

There was no way I was getting out of this as Jas dragged me towards my car with the twin boys following suit.

I was on the driver seat, Jas on the passenger's seat with the boys on the back seat.

There were about four cars in total and once we were all sitted, we drove off to the mall.

"I am so excited.." Jas hooted once we were at the mall while I chuckled "you are always excited when you are with me Jas.."

"Come on big brother let's go.." she said getting out of the car.

I opened the door and sweet mother of all things sweet, the most intoxicating scent of daisy's caught my nose awakening up my senses.

My Wolf was on high alert but I got distracted as Jasmine held my arm dragging me towards the entrance.

"Jasmine hold your horses relax okay.." I said amusingly until a girl bumped into me almost making me fall, I quickly found my stability and before she could fall I held her close to me breaking the fall. 

"Sorry you--" I got cut off as I looked into the girl's beautiful silver eyes and one word escaped my wolf's mouth mate!

She had the most beautiful silver eyes that sparkled and that was the only thing I noticed about her, her entire body was covered in clothes not even showing any skin. 

What the actual f***??? I only ever knew one person here in Baja who wore this and that was Victoria the ugly duckling of Oak Tree. How the hell is she my mate. No way I am accepting this!!

I furiously let go of her as she fell on the ground.

"Watch were you are going next time.." I harshly said to her with a glare on top walking off.

"Brother wait!!" Jas called but I didn't stop, "Brother!!" she held my hand stopping me, "What was that about, you are the one who always taught me to never be rude to people and you just pushed the poor girl hurting her.."

Hurt? my heart ached and my Wolf whined, I quickly turned around to see her being helped by Jack and Shrene. I clenched my fists seeing another male touch her but I restrained myself. It seems I pushed her harshly since Jack now lifted her up bridal stlye.

My Wolf was almost resurfacing and all I wanted was just to rip Jack apart for even touching my girl! mine! wait no no she isn't my girl I mean I can't have her as my Luna no f***king way.

I watched as Jack placed her in Shrene's car then Shrene drove off.

"Micheal a word please.." Jack said once he was near me. I wanted to say no but even though I was a dominant Alpha male I could never go against Jack. He lead the way towards my car and I followed.

"She is your mate! How can you even think about hurting her??" he asked his arms crossed giving me death glares 

"I don't need to explain anything to you Jack it's non of your business. Just focus on your mate and leave me alone. " I glared back

"Of course it's my business you both were paired up for a reason. You better kick out that shitty attitude of yours and apologise to her otherwise if my sister finds out that you pushed your mate and hurt her, she will never forgive you. You know how obsessed she is about having a grandson. Better think wisely otherwise you will regret what you've done.."

"Jack you don't understand she can't be my Luna we need someone stronger and better--" He cut me off

"She is perfect! Now get into your car and follow after them to apologised and make sure you come back home with her.."

"I am not doing that Jack. She will never be my Luna. She can rot in hell for all I care.."

 

"Choose your words wisely Micheal Black otherwise you will regret it. Now go and apologise!" he said it dominantly making my Wolf cower what the hell!!

"I don't know her home addressed." I defiantly stated, "plus you can't force me." 

"I am not," he shook his head. "You need her, and you better go get her."

"No I don't need her, I am going there not to apologise but to reject her." I glared at him I turned walking to my car when he stopped me by holding my arm then said

"Don't even think about rejecting her.." I swatted his arm away opening the door to my car and driving off to the orphanage.

*** VICTORIA POV****

"Vik.." Ren squeaked jumping on top of me squishing me while I was lying on my bed 

"What In the world Ren get off me you are heavy.." I said trying to push her off.

It's was early in the morning and I was dreaming about finally achieving my goal of become an Actress but Shrene and her heaviness just had to disturb my sweet dreams.

"Wake up! wake up! wake up! I have good news for you.." She squeaked out again.

"Shrene I am not in the mood. If you are here to tell me that Roses and Sword's director wants me to audition again then I am all ears if not then go away I'm not in the mood."

I covered myself up try to get some sleep.

"Come on ah! Get up Vik you are my best friend and the only one I can share this with please cupcake I need some girly advice.."

" If you need advice about clothes and jewelry I won't be of help.." I said finally sitting up yawning. I wasn't wearing my usual clothes that covered me up since I was in the comfort of my room and Shrene and mama was allowed to see me.

"Well it's not about clothes and Jewelry.." she got up and started pacing around the room nervously.

"Oh my blueberries, are you pregnant?" I asked disbelievingly

"What! of course not. It's not that, well - I--" she was stuttering.

"Come to mama.." I said opening up my arms she jumped on my bed then give me a side hug and after that, lay her head on my laps.

"So tell mama what the problem is.." I asked playing with her hair

"Well I - I don't know how to say this.." she said playing with the hem of her shirt

"Just start from anywhere.." I encouraged

"I met a boy!" she shut her eyes tightly while I gasped. Ever since Ren and I became friends neither of us dated, we were waitng for the right guy to come along.

" really tell me everything."

"And he - huh - he is now my boyfriend.." she blushed

"Aw congrats hon I am so happy for you.." I smiled widely at her.

"Thanks.." she shyly said sitting upright and placing a few strands of hair behind her ear her cheeks scarlet red

"Oh my gosh you are already in love ain't you?" I asked 

"Yes well not yet love but I like him a lot and he is super hot and--"

" hold on.." I interrupted, "Have you guys kissed yet?" I asked and she shyly nodded, "back up a bit, how long have you known this boy?"

"We met last night at that party I told you about." she responded 

"You met last night and you've already kissed? Really? Be carefully Ren, what if he is only playing with you?"

"No!!" She was quick to say, "He isn't, I know he is the one for me. My heart says so and he wants us to go on a date tonight.." She was now staring dreamily I think she is whipped
