Chapter 2

On the next day, Xoyo was doubled careful when going to school, and she found her room easily unlike last night. She walked down the hallway to the second floor and went inside her room. She looked around, The students are busy talking , others are dating , and there are also boys who played mahjong , and girls who made the room as there salon. She walked into the back seat like an invisible and sat on a vacant seat.

She thought of sleeping when she was noticed.

“ Hey! Are you the transferee?” 

“ Are you the one being attacked by a werewolf?” a nerdy guy asked.

“ What?” She was surprised.

“ Shh!” the other girl glared at the nerdy guy.

“ Werewolf?” she uttered.

“ Hi, you got nice hair.”

Xoyo didn’t know how to control the crowd and she felt stressed. 

She looked at the students.

“ Leave the new students alone!” a loud voice made the students disappeared in front of Xoyo, and the woman marched towards her.

“ I’m Luna, the Class President. Welcome to our school.” She smiled. 

Xoyo looked at the woman in front of her, she’s cool, she looks like a bad ass queen.

“ Thanks, I’m Xoyo.” She smiled back.

“ Wait till you meet my group here in cluster A. I might invite you to join my group.” She winked.

“ Your group?” Xoyo asked.

“ You will never survived here without a group. No one will helped you around if something bad happened to you.” Luna explained.

“ But There’s someone who helped me-“ Xoyo whispered.

“ Because your new here, you haven’t known the rules yet. But now, its different, we will only help you of you are part of our group and that is the same with the rest.” Luna said.

“ Then let me join you.” Xoyo said seriously.

“ Of course.”

Later on, there are other students who can inside including Devon and Victoria.

“ Luna.” Victoria called.

“ Oh, here they are, they are my group mates, Devon, the leader of our group named Syntax, Victoria, one of our members, she’s the school muse and beauty representative, 

And that guy with a blue eyes with his hair brushed on the left side, that’s Jacob, he is the captain of the basketball team here in bentwood.” Luna spoke.

“ Oh, you guys are famous.” Xoyo uttered.

“ Well, not that famous.”

“ You guys, welcome the newbie here.” Luna called and Victoria happily sauntered towards them.

“ Hi, I’m Victoria, A werewolf from Europe.” She winked.

“ A what! Oh yeah, I shouldn’t be surprised by now, nice to know you Victoria.” Xoyo smiled shyly.

“ I heard that you were attacked by a rogue student, are you okay?” Victoria asked.

“ Aside from the scratched ,  I am perfectly fine.” Xoyo answered.

“ Hi, I’m Jacob.” The guy whom Xoyo thought unfriendly butted in and offered his hands for a shake hands. Xoyo thought for awhile before she accepted it.

“ Hi Jacob. I’m Xynellian Ysobelle , Xoyo for short.” She smiled.

“ And that guy, who doesn’t seemed to Care, that’s Devon.” Jacob chuckled.

And everyone laughed too while Devon just give them a cold stare .

And after a couple of hours, Class had started.

“ We are here to learn hunting lessons which is different from normal lessons we have at morning.  Morning classes is where normal. Subjects were taken, while at this hours, we will study about werewolves.” The teacher uttered.

“ Miss, How about our human classmate? She won’t relate .” one of the student stood up and pointed Xoyo ,who was surprised to be center of attention.

“ Does she really need to take up classes like this?” the other student asked..

The teacher stared at Xoyo, who didn’t know what to do. She cleared her throat and spoke.

“ Xoyo, I don’t know why you were enrolled here but I know that your not just an ordinary human being .” 

“ Miss, you are right,  I’m not just an ordinary human being. Though I can’t transformed into a werewolf , I can still assure you that I have the blood of the said creatures.” Xoyo answered seriously.

“ And that made me become fortunate ,because metals and silver won’t weakened nor hurt me.” She added.

“ How would that possible?” Victoria who got curious asked.

“ According to my grandfather, he is one of the strongest werewolves in his time, but when his pack was massacred, it brought heartbreak to him the reason why he asked the moon goddess to lift the cursed.” Xoyo explained and everyone was astonished.

“ The moon Goddess? They didn’t show themselves for a very long time ,am I right miss? And they didn’t helped cursed people.” 

“ I don’t know either, There are rules that the goddess had followed and no one knows about it. If she really showed herself to her grandfather and lifted the cursed, then there must be a valid reason.” The miss answered.

“ I would not give up my werewolf self.” Jacob said firmly and everyone on the class chuckled.

“ Of course we won’t, or else the student of Bentwood college extension will steal the spotlight and kill us all. “ Luna said seriously.

“ So have you found a group for yourself Xoyo?” the teacher asked 

“ She will be joining us teacher.” Victoria smiled.

“ Right Devon?” Victoria asked cutely.

“ Who told you that she will be-“

“ Yes, she will.” Luna stole the moment to spoke and stopped Devon from talking and after the class, the students were dismissed.

“ So , Where are you going now?” Jacob asked when they went inside the school premises.

“ I’m going home.” Xoyo answered.

“ Its already twelve, you can’t go home all alone.” Victoria butt in.

“ Why not?” Xoyo asked.

“ there are enemies lurking outside at this hours. What if you stay here until dawn?” Luna suggested.

“ What! I can’t, my grandfather is all alone in the house, and he will get worried if I do that.” Xoyo said sadly.

“ Oh, that’s the problem.”

“ I’ll take her home.” Devon butt in that made everyone surprised.

“ You would? Really?” Victoria and Jacob asked.

“ You guys guard the entrance and exits of our territory, if someone trespassed, catch them or either kill them if they do something bad. And lastly, Let the other pack patrol on the other side of bentwood.” Devon ordered and everyone nodded, not daring to asked him again.

Luna , Victoria and Jacob left.
