Chapter 53: My Birthright!

Athena’s POV

At this rate my heart might stop beating, I feel so weak, and I could hardly raise my head up, Andrea had told the guards to torture me twice a day and that way, I won’t be able to stand up and try to escape anymore.

I lay on the cold ground of the cell I occupied, the cell was so dark that I could hardly see a thing, my hands shivered from all the torture I was going through, and I felt like giving up.

I lay down there, my ears on the ground listening to my uneven breaths, my eyes were weak, and I could hardly keep them open anymore, I closed my eyes trying to welcome in sleep, maybe if I sleep I will feel a bit of peace.
