Jane’s POV

Zipping into the men, I engaged them with a precise movement to fend them off without giving them any chance to engage back.

They tried to fight back but I was stronger. My main aim was to make sure they didn’t drink that thing here with me.

If they drank it or injected it, I would have a very big problem to deal with.

But just as I was worried about this, I didn’t see one of them climb in from the window and inject himself with it.

All I felt was a slap which had me tumbling to the side. It disoriented me and when I got myself, I found my children had been taken from me.
