Chapter Forty - Seven

Lighted Path:

Nora ducked into the tree lines and took off running. Her lungs burning inside her chest as she dodge branches getting to the fence line. She was avoiding the security cameras she knew Jace had laced through out the pack lands. She got to the outer wall and felt her stomach twist.

“Your doing the right thing.” She whispered to herself before she started climbing the stone wall.

Getting to the top of the wall she stood on the ledger looking down. She gritted her teeth wondering if she was foing the right thing. She looked up at the moon, feeling her heart beat fast in her chest.

“I dont know if this is the answer but i am going to need you with me along the way.. I won't let them all die.” Nora whispered to the moon.
