Gone:

“I just reject him and it goes away?” Nora asked, sounding like she was curious.

“Yup it will hurt but the mark will burn off. Few seconds poof gone.” Lance said, looking her up and down.

Nora gritted her teeth, Zara began howling inside of her as she felt Nora debating it. Lance leaned against the wall folding his arms across his chest looking at her skeptically. Nora fidgeted slightly.

‘If you don't reject him, how is this going to work? I doubt you would want to be bound to him. If everything you have told me has been the truth.” Lance said anger bubbling inside of him, as he looked at Nora with narrowed eyes.

“How do you reject someone?” Nora asked, delaying it more.
