Nate stumbled from the force of my push, as he looked back at me with a confused expression. “Be there in 20 minutes” Nate told the caller before he hung up, refusing to take his eyes off of me. Nate’s P.O.V A low growl escaped my lips, as I tightened my grip around Serena’s waist. Anger fuelled me, as I slammed my wrist down on my desk causing those around me to jump out of their skin. Skylar’s P.O.V I watched into the bird bath bowl as those useless rogues were killed one by one at the hands of that stupid wolf king. One job. They had one god damn job. Sneak in and grab the girl. I was running as fast as I could toward the end of the corridor but every time I reached the exit, the ground would swallow me up and I would be stood back behind the silver, steel bars. Forcing ourselves out of bed was harder than usual this morning.
