32: ‘Honeymoon’ Gone Wrong

For Margot, everything was perfect. She enjoyed seeing how Harry and Nadine acted awkward toward each other with her around. She even offered Nadine to swap seats in the plane since she took a premium first-class, while the two reserved their seats in business class. When Nadine declined Margot’s offer, the latter asked her husband to join her in the first-class suite instead.

As much as Harry couldn’t freely say ‘no’ to his wife, he had no choice but to leave his secretary and stay with Margot in her suite.

“Isn’t this nice? I don’t have to worry now that we’re in the same suite,” Margot smiled at her husband. “Besides, your secretary must be enjoying now that she could finally take a break without you for a short while.”

Harry frowned, his gaze locked on his wife’s amused face. “This is a business trip, not a vacation. Didn’t I tell you not to bother me?”
