I pull Haley in for a kiss. I am so happy to finally have her officially introduced into this pack. There is some clapping in the crowd but I can tell there are many who are not happy with their new Luna and it’s pissing me off.
“I know of this silly rumor that is spreading throughout this pack and I want it to stop. Now!”
I use my Alpha command to ensure it stops and everyone bares their neck in submission.
“She is the blood red wolf. She is a danger to our pack and your life,” says a wolf in the crowd.
“Yeah! She will be the death of you, we all know the legend!”

Haley The next day one of the first things we do is exhume Akila’s mother and burn her remains. Akila says some incantations while her body burns and appears to be praying. Haley It is utter chaos as we clash with the enemy. It doesn’t take any time at all for the grass to turn red as wolves lose their lives.
