Chapter Four

The woman's vagina was swollen. The skinny man, a subordinate of Marcus held unto her to support her.

"You look battered Caroline "He said with a small laugh.

"Well Thanks for the word of encouragement. What I faced there was epic" Caroline replied with a half smile and rolled her eyes.

"Did he enjoy it?"

The woman sudden stoped walking and turned to him.

"What do you mean? Do you think I'm bad in bed??"

"No, of course not... I still remember how you twist your waist on my cock. I much say, you're a pro."

"You better not let the boss hear you." She spoke in a hushed voice and lightly jabbed him.  "But, something bothers me. He asked me to leave immediately after we were done. He seemed very angry."

"Did you break the rules??" The skinny man asked out of no where while pulling out a bottle of birth control pills.

"What! No. I didn't try to kiss him or initiate any conversations. I only moaned and let him do whatever to me." She took it from him and popped a pill into her mouth.

"Well, maybe he wasn't in a good mood today " He pulled her to himself. " Right now, you need to get some rest. You're a maid and need to be up early tomorrow. There is no special treatment because you've slept with the boss. woman! Don't forget that."

"I know!" She whispered softly.

Anita left the store with a big bag of groceries. On her way home, she felt like someone was watching her. Her instincts couldn't be wrong. She immediately surveyed her surrounding for anything suspicious but found none. She turned to move and bumped into Marcus.

"Hey, we meet again" Marcus said, holding himself from touching her. She looked like an angel of darkness. Her black outfit corresponded with the dark desires he had for her. He hid the dark red rose he got from his garden behind him. He needed the right time to give it to her. patience is virtue.

Anita didn't like Marcus. She knew he was dangerous but didn't know how dangerous he was. It was better to stay alert.

Marcus read her body language and his heart skipped a beat. He didn't want her to be afraid of him.

"Hey" she replied him with a careful smile.

Marcus looked at her from her permed silky hair, to her lush pink lips, he swallowed and her curves. Suddenly, something caught his attention. He looked at the bag she held and narrowed his eyes. He thought he saw wrong. A man's brief? He suddenly became angry and confused. He knew she never kept men but only got involved with them sexually but what was this? Who was he? Marcus felt his heart burn. Anita noticed the sudden change on his face. The blood thirst emanating from him was scary.

"What's up with him?" She spoke to herself and retreated her steps.

Afraid that he would harm her, he left without a good bye. The corners of his eyes suddenly became red from anger.

What had he missed? Did she have a boyfriend?? A man??? In her home??? He punched the back of the tree nearest to him in anger.

It seems his men had been slacking and needed to be punished.

He got into his Bentley, hidden by the trees. It was rare to see such an expensive car in the countryside. He wanted a low profile especially when trying to woo Anita. He drove back speedily.

Confusion clouded Anita's mind as she walked back home. She shoved it off her mind and pushed open her door.

"I'm home" she screamed as she placed the bag on the table. She walked towards the floor where the man layed and pooked him with her toe. "Get up you lazy man!"

"Hhmmrmm" He rolled on his side and continued to sleep. Once again, Anita used her toe to wake him up but this time, be grabbed her ankle firmly. Anita stoped herself from biting her lips as she traced his arms with her eyes. His biceps looked more muscular than she remembered. Through out the few months they've lived together, she never saw him exercise. A scene flash in her eyes. She saw her self lifted up with those arms perfectly on her hips, grabbing her arse in the process. She looked at his face, tracing the contour of his face with her fingers, his hard jaw, his eyes...his eyes, those eyes were magical. Those Amber eyes suddenly became rich gold and lust. Lust for her. Their lips, half a inch from touching each other. Suddenly,

"Ouch!" She pulled her foot back and glared at him. " Kai, you dog!! You had to bite my foot?" Kai returned her glare with a cocky smile.

"You could have woken me up with a kiss but you used your foot, what did you expect me to do?" He teased and got up immediately. It's been five months since he woke up. He was completely healed and very agile. She was afraid he would leave one day, forgetting about her. She had unconscious gotten too attached to him.

"Besides..." He slowly walked towards her. His towering figure almost brought her to her knees. " You seemed lost in thought, what were you thinking about??"

"Hehehe" Anita laughed awkwardly "No.. nothing" she stuttered and moved backwards, only to be trapped by the wall.

Kai moved towards her, dangerously too close to her. He placed a palm against the wall, trapping her. Kai suddenly wanted to kiss her. He bacame fully aware of her. Her fegrance, her hooded eyes and her lips Kick-started his heart and he licked his bottom lip to calm it down. Everything he did happened in slow motion for Anita. She saw the way he looked at her. His Amber eyes suddenly burned gold just like the one in her daydream. She watched as he licked his lips and swallowed and thought she would give up her soul for this man when his Adam's apple moved. He was too poisonous for her. She could feel his breath increase. She could feel it on her skin. Her neck suddenly started to itch. Admist the raging tension between then, she moved her hand to scratch it but Kai caught it mid air. His lips came crashing on hers kissing her senselessly. He pulled her towards himself and kissed her deeply. The sensation was life threatening. She felt like she was drowning in the pool of pleasure, not wanting to be saved. Those arms she daydreamed about were finally wrapped around her waist.

He suddenly released her, licking his lips with his eyes closed. savouring her rich taste.

"Fuck" Kai exclaimed while looking at her appearance. Her rough hair and her swollen lips didn't help him at all. something of his was swelling as well.

"W... we shouldn't" he spoke and tucked his arms into his trousers to hide it. He knew he had fallen in love with her. It's been 3months and he couldn't hide it anymore.

"I'm sorry" he was afraid she would hate him for kissing her unannounced.

Anita stood there frozen. She was yet to come out from her trance. It was the best kiss she had ever experienced.

Kai misunderstood her reaction and suddenly started explaining.

"Look, I don't know how it happened. I mean, suddenly I was ...we were talking and then, I looked at you and...." He raked his fingers through his hair in frustration." I was ..I was.."

Anita looked at him and smiled. she noticed the tent on his trousers. "It's fine, we all make mistakes." She walked towards the table, pulled out a set of clothes and a brief for him. "Here, you're welcome" Kai took it and looked at her. He couldn't read her current reaction and cursed himself.

She went into her room.

"It wasn't a mistake" he whispered to himself.
