“Are they okay?” Janet asked Fran, moving away from me.

I cursed silently thinking of the passionate moment we had been about to have.

“Yes they are fine. Anna told me it was just a fender bender.” Fran replied.

“I will call her right away.” Janet said. I was surprised by the concern in her voice.

If it were me, I won’t be bothered about what happened to the two people who had betrayed me. They could drive off a cliff for all I care. But I could see she really cared for her sister.

“I better get going.” I interrupted them. “I will call you later Jan.”

“Sure. Bye.”

I sat in my car trying to control the desire running through me as I remembered the feel of her skin and the look in her eyes. Damn! Keeping this whole thing strictly business was going to be almost impossible. And now Jason Kale was here.He was up to no good, I knew it.
