Sofia's POV

A few weeks had passed, and I rarely saw him inside the office because he's always outside attending different meetings. I thought I would join him in those meetings, but Marcus said he'd only need me when it is necessary.

As a result, I often found myself alone in his office. It wasn't a problem for me; in fact, it was a favor since, despite being loud, I value my privacy.

At home, he seldom comes back. Sometimes, I don't even wait for him because it gets too late.
