Chapter 310: Take Care

Hendrix did not say anything as he promised. He just stared at her intently, waiting for her to continue.

She wanted to avert her gaze as the way he was staring at her was too intense.

“I’m sorry for treating you badly and for always being rude to you. I can’t apologize enough and I know there was no excuse for what I have done to you..” she said.

She felt Hendrix retrieved his hand from her hold. Her heart skipped a beat while she suddenly held her breath as her gaze landed on her empty hand.

But then it did not last even just ten seconds, for Hendrix suddenly placed his hand on her cheek very gently.

“It’s.. okay..” he breathed.

Her eyes dampened once again and she felt like a hand also touched her heart as It warmed inside her chest upon hearing those words.

“I don’t deserve it,” she muttered as she felt even more guilty.

If it was her, she wouldn't let it slide and would never say that it was okay. Because what she had done to him was worse than what he did to her.
