“Chaos, disorder, disorder, and the likes.” Alaric shrugged as he pulled out his handkerchief from his pocket and wiped his face. “The entire stadium was thrown into pandemonium the moment Eleanor took you away. I’ve never seen such a panicked crowd. It was quite jarring.”

“What did the parliamentarians say? What did they do?” Layla asked as she walked back to the couch and sat on it.

“Who is it?” Layla asked, staring at the door.

“It’s me and Pyro. Are you done talking? Can we come in?” Eleanor replied from the other side.

“Yeah, come in.” She said, and the door swung open.

“I hope we aren’t intruding on any private moment.” Eleanor asked as she and Pyro walked into the room. Her eyes fell on Alaric, and they narrowed. “Are you alright? Your eyes seem sort of puffy.”

“Yes, I’m fine. I just got a little dust in one of them.” He coughed into his hand as he walked to Layla.
