CHAPTER 89

Michael’s POV

I walked into my tent, and Hercules followed closely behind me. My bed was still unmade. It reminded me of how I had woken up.

“What was that about, Agnar?”

I sighed and ran my hands through my hair.

"Brother, you were on her tail, like she was already an enemy. Is there something you know that I don’t know?” He raised an eyebrow.

I put my hands on my waist. "Come sit; I will tell you.”

Hercules didn’t take his eyes off me as he dragged me away. "I'm listening, bro.”.

“Do you remember that letter Nora had written before she left?" Hercules nodded.

"I noticed an anomaly there. Nora had asked that I don’t look for her and that I should take care of our son.”

"Yes," Hercules said, as his face wore a pensive look.

"Then a few days later, Dylan went missing.” I said.

"Yes, it poses a great concern, but I think it has to do with who Nora went to," says Hercules.
