Chapter 3

“It’s nice to meet you two, my name is  Isabella.” I said with a smile on my face.

“It’s nice to meet you too.” They both replied at once I can’t help but smile at how adorable they were but my smile was cut short immediately Lucy asked a question.

“When will you give us a little brother to play with?” Lucy asked with a smile on her face, I was so confused on what to say because I haven’t even thought about that path yet, today was my wedding night, and it’s the day I needed to please my husband, through sex, but I haven’t done it before, my thoughts was cut short when I heard Ethan voice he was talking to Lucy.

 “And who told you, I want a male child, all I want is a female child, as adorable as you two.” Ethan said, acting like a baby.

“But, you need a male child to inherit your throne, and we need a brother to play with us.”Layla said crossing her tiny hands on her chest like an adult, ain’t all this kids too young to know all this things, I thought to myself, they were too smart for their age.

“And who told you a female can’t rule?You guys should just say you want a brother to play with, don’t try to find meaningful excuses by saying I need a male heir.” Ethan said to the girls while making a baby face.

“Okay fine, you are right, we need a brother we can be playing around with.” Lucy said with confidence

“Good, then go and meet your mother to give you a brother.” Ethan said crossing his hands on his chest like a child I couldn’t help but laugh at his childish behavior.

“No, we want a brother from you, so he could be as stubborn and silly as you.” Layla said laughing while Lucy nodded.

“Did you two just call me silly and stubborn?” Ethan said while chasing the both of them playfully, they ran to the garden, leaving me alone outside.

“Well, well, well, isn’t that the big bad alpha, the monster everyone is afraid of, acting like a big baby.” Bella my wolf said laughing,

“Oh you are back, you always know how to make an entrance, don’t you?” I asked her

“Of course, I won’t be Bella if I don’t know how to make an entrance, would I?” She asked In return but before I could reply her, I heard a voice from behind.

“Hello, you must be Isabella, I’m i correct?” A female voice came from behind, I had to turn my back to see who it was. When I saw a very beautiful woman, with the way she was dressed you would know that she was a princess, she had the same eyes as Ethan, she walked up to me with a smile on her face, she was like a goddess, she was so beautiful.

“Yes, ma.” I replied with a smile on my face, literally I was returning the same smile she was giving to me.

“But where is Ethan, is he supposed to be here with you? Why are you standing alone here?” She asked with a worried look on her face, but even when she was worried she still looked beautiful.

“He was, but he ran with the girls to the garden.” I replied with my head bow.

“When will he ever grow up, and stop acting like a child, anyway my name is Amelia, I’m Ethan's sister, I’m the mother of Lucy and Layla.” She introduced herself politely with a smile.

“I’m Isabella.” I said with my head still bow

“It’s nice to meet you Isabella, let me show you to your room so that you can freshen up, you must be tired.” She said while leading the way, I guess staying here won’t be as bad as I thought.

I walked with her inside. It was really a beautiful palace, it was so spacious and big, everything inside was made of gold, I couldn’t help but smile as I looked around.

Then she took me to a very big and spacious room, it was very beautiful, even though it was painted black, everything inside the room was black, even the flowers was also black, I guess this was Ethan room, and then I saw a framed picture of him standing holding a woman on the wall, the woman was so beautiful, but who was she?

“She is Ethan's ex-wife.” Amelia replied as if she read my mind and she knew the question I was about to ask, she smiled at me and turned around leaving.

I looked around the room, everything was black in color, even the brush and sponge were all black I sat on the bed, feeling tired, so went into the bathroom to have  a shower. When I was done, I dressed up.

I was about to lay on the bed when someone knocked on the door.

“Come in.” I said trying to know who it was, the door opened and three maid walked inside, one with a tray of food, I couldn’t help but smile at the aroma, while my tummy screamed happily, I was starving, immediately the maid gave me the food, I  pick the spoon and started eating, I didn’t  even knew I was this hungry.

The three maids were they watching me silently,

“Luna, if you are done with your food we will like to prepare you.” One of the maids said, which got me confused, prepare me for what? A lot of questions were going through my head but I just had to stay silent and let them do what they wanted.

I was led to a dressing room, and the maid helped me get out of what I was putting on, why are they pulling my clothes I just wore then just now, but still I kept quiet to let them do what they wanted, then they brought out a beautiful red nightgown and it’s matching, both made of silk, gesture for me to put it on, which I did. After putting some perfume onto my skin, they served me tea.

“What’s this” I asked

“It’s an herbal tea that will help you relax, and it will decrease the pain.” The maid replied

Then I realized what they were talking about, but why haven’t I thought about it? Today was my wedding night and sex was bound to happen, but was I ready for it ? This was my first time, but I won’t be doing it with my mate.

“Well, I don’t think we have a choice, do we? So you need to be prepared, let’s just pray he isn’t too rough with us.” Bella said.

I took the tea and drank it. Right now I need all the help I can get, and if this tea is going to help me even a little bit, then I’m ready to take it.

When they were done they dimmed the light and left the room leaving me alone in the room. The way everything was, I felt like a sacrificial lamb waiting to be slaughtered. I tried my Best to push the evil thoughts away and tried to be strong.

Suddenly, the door to the room opened and he stepped inside. He had changed into a more comfortable outfit and walked towards the bed where I was sitting.

Is this going to be my last day on earth? I asked myself.
