Lavender's Point Of View:

“What do you mean by the god-damned meeting has been canceled?!" Jayden raised his voice.

I lost my tongue, my gaze lowering immediately, “I-I'm sorry, but it isn't my fault that they don't want to collaborate with the company anymore." I responded in a silent whisper. "Bu-"

He banged his hand on the desk, making me flinch. "How dare you question my query?!! That deal is worth a billion dollars, the amount that was used to buy you! And you stand here acting like you don't care! I can buy your god-damned Mother also with that money!" He yelled.

My heart squeezed in my chest as I took in his words, swallowing hard on the lump in my throat.

"I should have known you would bring nothing but doom upon this company! Aren't you supposed to be my wife?! A supportive wife! But you're only a curse. I so much regret spending that one billion dollar!! Using it for charity would have been better!".

Yes, am I not supposed to be your wife? Why am I your maid instead? Why am I your personal assistant and your secretary instead? If you wanted a personal assistant, you could have hired one rather than buying me only to do this to me.

"I'm sorry." I apologized, stuttering.

"You don't have to be. It fixes nothing anyway!".

So does your yells!

I had no choice than to be mute. This was my life now- Being a maid. I was practically both a personal assistant and a secretary at the same time, yet I wasn't paid a penny.

I was supposed to be their wife, not their maid. Thanks to them, I had no time to catch up with my daily workout routine.

Well, thanks to them again, at least they made me lose enough weight from stress even without working out.

All I did was work, work and work. They were dominant, and each time I tried to decline their overwhelming tasks, they would remind me that I was sold for a billion dollars as if I convinced them to buy me in the first place.

Forgiving my Mum would never happen. At least she should have chosen to sell me to people who were considerate and not ruthless CEOs who think I didn't have a life or a company of my own.

"you may sit." he ordered as he stretched his hand to the chair across the desk.

Oh so now you're offering me a seat?

I sat quietly, averting his eyes.

Hayden just stood at the window of the office, watching the city view outside. Unlike Jayden, he was quite calm and collected and barely yelled unless it was necessary. Even if he would yell, it wouldn't come with brutal words.

“Take a look at these," Jayden said, handing his phone to me across the desk.

I took it from him, reading through the content as I scrolled through what seemed like a comments section.

Before I could finish, he snatched his phone back.

"As you can see, I'm being called gay by the internet because I barely had women by my side. They even went to the length of saying I was only the best man to Hayden at the wedding,".

I nodded.

"All I need to do now is to prove them all wrong! And you are going to help me!" He commanded.

I didn't respond. I waited for him to finish but he didn't. He only got up from his seat and came over to where I was sitting, grabbing me up immediately.

He pulled me to a corner swiftly, not giving me a change to process what was going on.

His hand pinned my neck to the wall, his lips drawing closer to mine. I could feel his hot breath on my face. A loud gasp escaped my lips.

My hand flew to his back to scratch him but he didn't even budge, he only pinned me tightener. I tried screaming but it all came out as a choked gag.

“Don't stress, darling. Breath and relax. Play along. Hidden cameras had been set up so this video can be posted to prove the Internet wrong. Act natural” He smirked.

Was he crazy?! Or was this some sort of sick prank?

As I gagged, I watched Hayden exit the office, leaving only Jayden and I.

“Stop! Y-you're hurting...me..." I managed to say, my breath hitched.

“You are my wife and you'll satisfy me! A billion dollars and you don't expect to be a sex slave!” He raised his voice before running his tongue over my neck, sending cold chills down my spine.

I tried peeling his hand off my neck but he only gripped me tighter.

“Don't fight and I'll let go!”He yelled,

"Stop!" I whimpered.

“Make me!” He sneered, the vibration from his voice running over my neck.

My chest heaved up and down as I struggled but he didn't stop for a second, he began to unbutton my shirt slowly, his grip on my neck slightly loosening up.

He finished unbuttoned my shirt and paused for a second, adoring my breasts which were held in my black brassiere.

He swallowed hard.

“Oh wife, rela-”.

The door slammed open to expose the tall figure of a magnificent man. My eyes immediately traveled to his face.

Long straight black hair, sumptuous lips, ear piercings, muscular figure, and……. turquoise eyes!

It was….. Charlie fucking Brown!

Wait, what in the fuck's name was he doing here?!

Jayden’s neck snapped backwards and he immediately let go of me as a frown found its way to his forehead.

I held tight onto my neck, taking in air greedily as I coughed.

Jayden went to Charlie while I spun around to button my shirt. My hand quivered as I still couldn't get the tension out of me.

“You. What are you doing here?” Their conversation began with Jayden's cold voice.

“Your business. I have to discuss your business with you.” Charlie's hot voice melted my heart.

Oh my. How I missed that harmonious voice.

'Oh no, I didn't.' That was the most humongous lie I had stuck in my head. I fucking missed him!

“My business is none of yours.”,

“I see you've got some business there?” Charlie asked.

I turned after buttoning my shirt, only to see Charlie pointing at me as he stared down at Jayden with his cold enigmatic turquoises.

“Yes. I invested a billion on that.” Jayden replied, his words making anger brew in my head.

“Oh, I see. I'll give you five billion.” Charlie replied.

My heart skipped a beat at his words.

Jayden sneered, “Don't bother. You can get five with that.”.

“Since you insist, I'll get her for free.” Charlie responded coldly, furrowing his eyebrows weirdly. That was a little trick he used to pull frequently so his emotions wouldn't be deciphered from his facial expression.

Jayden chuckled, resting on the frame of the door, “You wouldn't dare, Charlie Brown.”

Charlie gestured for me to come. I took a step and paused. I was having second thoughts about it, Charlie wasn't someone i wanted in my life anymore, but I'd rather be with him than these animals.

“Come.” Charlie ordered, still gesturing.

I took a few steps towards the door and slipped through, looking into Jayden’s burning eyes.

His hand suddenly stretched in a swift to grasp my neck again but Charlie stopped him immediately before his hand could reach me.

“Don't you fucking dare.” Charlie whispered, his voice not daring to waver. As dominant as always.

He pushed his hand back down with force, Jayden's teeth gritting in anger.

“The game just began.” Jayden whispered.
