“Harder!”

“Ahh!” A baby came crying into the world accompanied by the sound of Xavia’s painful cry.

The doctors exclaimed excitedly, “You just gave birth to a boy!”

“He looks just like Young Master Burton. He’s so handsome!”

Xavia’s whole body was limp as she laid on the bed. Her face was pale as she looked at the child.

He was the size of a kitten with fair skin and a loud cry. He had inherited Zivon’s godly and beautiful appearance indeed.

She had a smile on her face as she reached out her hand as she wanted to hug the child.

But…

“Sister, thank you for helping me to give birth to this baby. I’ll take the child away now.” A beautiful woman suddenly took the baby away one step ahead of Xavia as she laid down on the portable bed on the side.

Her face looked exactly as Xavia’s face under the light! They were twins!

Before Xavia even had the time to touch the baby’s face, she watched as her elder sister carried the baby away. Xavia felt as though there was a knife stabbing her directly in her heart as she listened to the baby’s cries.

“Sister, I…I want to keep the baby…”

“What?!” Jenna was stunned as though she had heard an urban legend. It took her three full seconds before she looked at Xavia with an incredulous expression on her face.

“Xavia, do you know what you’re talking about?”

“You’re only nineteen years old and you are still single. How are you going to explain the origin of your baby to everyone? Do you want everyone to know that you had a one-night stand with Zivon Burton? Do you want to disappoint our parents, and for our whole family to be embarrassed because of you? Or do you want your child to become an illegitimate child scorned by everyone?”

Xavia’s small face turned pale after being questioned with a series of rhetorical questions.

She grew up in the countryside ever since she was young and she was only brought back last year. As a result, she accidentally had a sexual encounter with Zivon and she even got pregnant!

He did not know of her existence and he thought that she was her elder sister. She did not dare to say anything either.

So, in the last nine months, it was her elder sister who was ‘pregnant’, and it was also her elder sister who was giving birth to Zivon’s child!

If this was revealed now, then everyone would definitely cast her aside and then…

The light in Xavia’s eyes got dimmer and dimmer.

Jenna placed her hand on Xavia’s shoulder as she comforted, “My dear sister, your baby will be the rightful prince of the Burton family if he stays with me. I will treat this baby as if he were my own biological child and I will raise him together with Zivon.

You can just return to the countryside with a peace of mind and never come back here. I’m doing this for both you and the baby’s sake. Be good now.”

After she was done speaking, Jenna then glanced at the doctors.

The doctor took out a syringe.

Xavia looked at her sister in surprise. “Sister, what is this?”

Jenna said, “Don’t be afraid. It’s an anaesthetic to relieve the pain. You can just rest well and have a good sleep. Everything will be over soon.”

As soon as she said that, the doctors then injected the drugs into Xavia’s body.

Xavia’s body was weak and she gradually lost consciousness.

The doctors then pushed her behind the curtain.

Jenna and the baby were then pushed outside…

An extremely tall, cold and handsome man had arrived just in time outside the delivery room.

He was wearing a suit and leather shoes, his facial features were very impressive and solid, and he had long and slender legs. His shirt was buttoned up all the way to the very top and this revealed the man’s strong sense of maturity and asceticism.

He was Zivon Burton. He was the youngest chairman who had long occupied the list of Forbes’s richest men, the list of the world’s most masculine men, and whom all the women in the entire world had gone crazy over!

Jenna’s eyes instantly lit up as soon as she saw him. “Zivon, you’re here.”

She suddenly thought of something and then she touched the baby in her arms and said ‘weakly’, “This is our baby. I…It was so painful just now and I almost died from the pain. But Zivon, I feel so happy to be able to give birth to your baby.”

“Zivon, don’t dismiss the marriage contract with me for the sake of our child, okay?”

One year ago, Zivon insisted on dismissing the marriage contract and he was only emotionally moved because of the accidental sexual intercourse between Xavia, who came from the countryside, and Zivon himself. He thought that Xavia was Jenna.

Now, the baby was her only chance of ever becoming Mrs. Burton.

Zivon’s conceited gaze fell on the baby as he thought of how he had been set up when he was carrying out a mission that night. How he had been so rough and cruel when he took her by force. He curled his thin lips upwards. “Okay. We will get the certificate tomorrow.”
