Chapter 3: Invasion of Romania

2020-12-17 12:01:34I started looking for Linx, but he was no where to be found, moreover, I don't know if he shifted back to his previous form, or he's still in the form I last saw him, I had some bags of blood I took from the hospital, I quickly took a bag secretly, I gulped it all, soon enough I regained my strength, I quickly vamp sped round New York in less than 10 minutes with the aim of looking for Linx, but all was in vein
I soon retired home with hope that he had returned, but still no sign of him, where as he gone to? I wondered within, I asked everyone if they spotted Linx, but the answer was still no, I handed over the bags of blood to my fellow vampires
"I've long waited for this, hmm smell good, taste awesome" Dexter said while he collected his portion excitedly from me
"Disgusting, how do you guys drink human blood, without feeling irritated? Jessy asked turning her face away while we consumed our most precious
"Seriously? This is our main feed, vampires of the old world can't do without it, they usually fight with Elves and Sphinx just to drain their blood, cause they can't resist the urge unlike us, some even die in the process, it gives us more strength, when we drink blood, we can last 3-4 days straight without food & water" Tessy replied while she drank hers'
We all finished our blood consumption, then we thought about the departure of Linx, as we don't know his whereabout, dark cloud had covered the sky signalling night time, we expected the arrival of Mr & Mrs Wilson, just then, we heard a knock on the door
"Am coming" Jessy said while she rushed towards the door excitedly with the assumption that it was her parents, but to her greatest surprise, it was Linx

~BACK IN THE OLD WORLD~
Drex became the overlord of Transylvania, after he murdered my father who was the previous overlord, he was with his aides planing to invade Romania
"General Marco, prepare you troops, we are invading Romania by dusk, Drex said as he sat on his throne
" But sir...(Drex cuts him shut)
"Did I just hear but from you? But what huh? Drex asked furiously as he flew toward General Marco
" But sir, they gave you infinite power to over throne the previous overlord" General Marco completed his statement in fear
"I WANT MORE POWER!!! Drex concluded as he knocks General Marco down, he passes out immediately but unfortunately dies
"Let this be a waring to anyone to defiles my order" The overlord said as he flew back to his throne and appoints a new General leading the troops
"I General Zoe pledge my allegiance to the overlord of Transylvania" General Zoe said as he bows before Drex
General Zoe left the overlord's sight to prepare for battle, he organized the disloyal vampires and imprisoned the ones who refused to join the army. The army consisted of vampires not less than the age of 300, they were a total of 700,078 warriors ready for battle (including skilled women)
Immediately it was approaching dusk, Drex and General Zoe led the troops to Romania, immediately the gatekeeper sighted them, he welcomed them for they had alliance, little did he know Romania was about to be irrupted
"Halt!!! The overlord said raising his hand upwards
"What brings you and your army to Romania? Is this some kind of misunderstanding? The gatekeeper asked, as soon as he was done with his statement, the overlord appeared before him, the overlord was about to pierce his hand into the gatekeeper's chest when he heard the howling of werewolves
"Awwuuu" multiple werewolves growled , the gatekeeper quickly took advantage, knocking Drex down to the floor, Drex got pissed off, he transformed into his Sphinx form, standing up with an uppercut from below, the gatekeeper couldn't resist as he landed on the floor, soon Drex pierced his hand through the gatekeeper's chest and brought out his heart consuming it, leaving the gatekeeper lifeless on the floor, he flew to the entrance of the gate, he opened them allowing all his troops into Romania, the older werewolves came out for battle while the averaged ones protected the younger ones from harm
Drex's men were gaining victory but suddenly he tables turned around, the moon came to its full size, the werewolves became bigger and stronger outnumbering their foes
Drex and the fatal 5 ( second sects of oldest and strongest being in Transylvania after Drex) which are;
General Zoe (600 years old Sphinx)
Dimitri (580 years Sphinx)
Obito (590 years old Elf)
Trixta (500 years old Elf)
Cranx (550 years old vampire) headed straight to the palace of the goddess of Romania.
As soon as they arrived, they met five hefty beings, three being werewolves and the other two being magnificent trolls (the imperial force)
Among the imperial forces are
Claus (700 years old werewolf, head of the imperial forces)
Hinge (650 years old werewolf)
Jace ( 600 years old werewolf)
Toddler (600 years old troll)
Greg (600 years old troll)
Werewolves, have heightened sense of smell, like trolls, sphinxes, elves and vampires, they have the ability to sense beings from distance, they also have the ability to heal very fast, shape shift, and also have superhuman agility, while trolls posses magic, they also have superhuman agility like werewolves, vampires, sphinxes, elves and other creatures, but elves and trolls can't shape shift except with the aide of shape shifting beings
Drex took the first move, he charged as much as he could, flying towards the imperial force attempting consecutive punches, all in vein, they were all intercepted while he was still in the air
"Impossible, how could you intercept all my attacks without moving an inch? Drex asked surprised as he wondered in the air
"Nothing is impossible" the grand commander said landing a horrific punch punch on Drex making him fall from the air
"Abracadabra" Claus (the most powerful troll in Romania) enchanted, swaying his hands towards Drex and the fatal five, a very strong rope bonded them together as they move an inch not, they tried resisting but they couldn't, the grand commander sped towards them with a super kick breaking the bond, they fell helplessly on the ground
