Micah's pov

My heart was beating in my ears as I put two and two together.

Juliet had been the one to tell Maya about the bet. It had to be. She was the one with the motive.

She hated Maya with passion and probably wanted to seek revenge. There was no bigger motive than that and I wondered why I hadn't seen this sooner.

Daniel had a motive but there was no way he'd have found out without one of my guys blabbing their mouth and even at that, it was very unlikely.
