HELENA’S POV Everything was starting to make sense, the pieces that had always been confusing were coming together one after the other. Some things had happened in the pack that I didn’t even know of because I didn’t live in the pack till I was twenty-two. My parents were always busy with their research and medical affairs of the pack, since they were high quality doctors and they got worried that I might not be receiving enough love due to their frequent absence. “Do you want to live with your family outside the pack? You will get to play with your mates that you like and also see an entire new world” my mother once asked me when I was about seven. Without hesitation, I accepted the offer and I was taken outside the pack to live with my extended family. I met many people there and made many friends since I finished all my education at my family’s place. DRACO’S POV Ever since Prince Klaux came back to the palace, Helena had been all smiles. I didn’t expect him to just forget and forgive what happened to our parents easily, like that, but given how free and pure he was, he never blamed Helena for the sins of her parents and instead accepted her as if nothing ever happened. How he was able to put that past him was still a mystery because he was the one that almost died with our parents during that time. He almost cried his eyeballs out, he kept fainting and waking up for days and I was scared that he might actually die.
