Beta Gray couldn’t contain his feelings, he just had to lash out at Alpha Draco about how he was ignoring his own son.

“Do you think you will not regret this? How can a father be so cold to his son? That little child tugged at your cloth! The least you can do is to smile and carry him, even if it was for a moment! The child did nothing wrong. Any problem you have is between you and the Luna, not the poor boy.”

Draco didn’t want to hear any of it, he had so much going on in his head than to be swayed or bothered about carrying a child.

“Whenever I see him, I am reminded of his mother, so why should I touch him?” he argued.

Beta Gray paused!

“Wait! By chance, are you thinking maybe you are not the father of the child?” Beta Gray asked, his eyes furrowed into a frown.

“I mean, what is the assurance that he’s my child? There’s nothing I can trust about that woman”, Draco shrugged, only to be met with a piercing but sharp scream from Gray that made him jump.
